As leaders in commercial brokerage, we are continuing to build our Investment Sales team across multiple product types: Multifamily, Retail, Net-Leased, Office, Industrial, Hospitality, Self-Storage, etc.


The Montreal office is undergoing an expansion and we are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial, and capable sales professional to join our real estate investment sales team. All applicants must be permanent residents of Canada. All applicants are required to be licensed as a Commercial Real Estate Broker from the OACIQ or in the advanced stage of obtaining their license. A Bachelor's or Certificate’s degree or significant experience in brokerage is also required.

Sales experience is appreciated but not necessary. Coachability is required.

Requirements
  • Commercial Real estate broker license delivered by the OACIQ or in advanced stage of obtaining the license
