Despite everything that is going on right now, we are still actively hiring! The Montreal office is undergoing an expansion and we are seeking upcoming or recent college graduates who are driven and entrepreneurial to join our Investment Sales Team as an Entry-Level Commercial Real Estate Broker.

All applicants must be permanent residents of Canada. All applicants are required to be licensed as a Commercial Real Estate Broker from the OACIQ or in the advance stage of obtaining their license. A Bachelor’s or Certificate’s degree is also required.

A day in the life of our agents often includes:

• Researching ownership records, market data and industry trends.
• Prospecting new client relationships and referral sources.

Requirements:

• Commercial Real estate broker license delivered by the OACIQ or in advanced stage of obtaining the license.
• Bachelor's or Certificate’s degree.

• Track record of success: sports, personal achievements, or leadership roles.
