Despite everything that is going on right now, we are still actively hiring! The Montreal office is undergoing an expansion and we are seeking upcoming or recent college graduates who are driven and entrepreneurial to join our Investment Sales Team as an Entry-Level Commercial Real Estate Broker.

This hands-on training combined with real-world experience will allow you to:

3. be mentored by a Senior Broker who will teach you every aspect of Marcus & Millichap's brokerage continuum.

Sales experience is appreciated but not necessary. Coachability is required. All applicants must be permanent residents of Canada. All applicants are required to be licensed as a Commercial Real Estate Broker from the OACIQ or in the advanced stage of obtaining their license. A Bachelor’s or Certificate’s degree is also required.

A day in the life of our agents often includes:

• Researching ownership records, market data and industry trends.
• Prospecting new client relationships and referral sources.

Requirements:

• Commercial Real Estate broker license delivered by the OACIQ or in advanced stage of obtaining the license
• Bachelor's or Certificate’s degree.
