Requirements

Qualifications : Must-Have

Active California real estate license preferred (or willingness to obtain one).

Strong background in sales, business development, or real estate.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build long-term client relationships and close deals effectively.

Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and real estate databases (e.g., CoStar, LoopNet).

Position is located in Ontario, CA
