Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Commercial Property Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and financial performance of a portfolio of commercial properties. This role involves managing tenant relationships, coordinating building services, ensuring lease compliance, and optimizing property value. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of office, retail, or industrial properties
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with lease terms, building codes, and safety regulations
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, monitor expenses, and generate financial reports
• Negotiate vendor contracts and manage service providers to ensure quality and cost-efficiency
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards of appearance and functionality
• Assist with lease renewals, rent collections, and tenant onboarding/offboarding

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial property management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of property management software and financial reporting
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties simultaneously
