Ideal Siding in Burnaby, BC, is seeking a Commercial Project Coordinator to support franchisees with bids, takeoffs, estimating, and client relationships, moving opportunities from bid to awarded work. You'll collaborate with franchisees, general contractors, property managers, developers, and commercial clients to strengthen our commercial operations.

This fast-growing role suits someone with exposure to commercial construction who is organized, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in commercial construction, estimating or project coordination.
• Experience with general contractors, developers, or commercial clients.
• Strong understanding of the project lifecycle from bid to contract.
• Ability to review drawings, specs, contracts, and docs.
• Experience with takeoff software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review scopes, estimates, takeoffs; provide feedback.
• Support franchisees from bid to signed contract.
• Help improve estimating standards and workflows.
