ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented person with a passion for problem solving, innovating, and growing. As the Commercial Payment Solutions Manager, you will support the day-to-day processing and enablement of payments. This includes managing relationships with payment-related vendors, documenting processes, and researching and evaluating global payment strategies, maintenance, and process enhancement. You will be data-driven, balancing written research with pulling stats and KPIs from our data warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience in the payment landscape, be a quick learner with superior attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify process improvements in a fast-paced, team environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Serve as the point of contact for all payment-related vendors.
  • Research, identify, and recommend enhancements to our global payment landscape.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure successful payment enablement for all lines of business.
  • Understand technical requirements for enabling global payment methods within our storefronts and from PSPs.
  • Support the delivery of new business initiatives involving payments, considering regional requirements.
  • Support the launch of new partners/products through testing transactions.
  • Monitor payment performance to identify and reduce friction points.
  • Develop and maintain cost analyses for all PSPs.
  • Ensure KYC documentation is current across all PSPs.
  • Build trust as a payments expert by understanding and meeting needs professionally and accurately.
YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH
  • 3+ years of experience in merchant services, payment processing, or the payments industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (lookups, formulas, pivot tables, charts).
  • Strong communication skills and experience in presenting.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, understanding cause and effect.
  • Knowledge of Jira is a plus.
