Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Painting Estimator and Project Manager to join our expanding painting company. The ideal candidate should have at least 5+ years of experience in commercial painting estimating and/or project management, with a proven track record of quoting and selling significant sales volumes.

Compensation

Year 1: $50-$60K base salary + incentives based on gross sales and profitability.
Year 2: $60-$70K base salary + incentives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Quote and estimate jobs daily, including reading blueprints and liaising with property managers and contractors.
  • Send quotes, attend appointments, build relationships, and close sales with a target rate of 25-40% on qualified leads.
  • Work hours are flexible, typically from 9 am to 8 pm, with weekend work expected during peak seasons.
Employment Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of quoting and sales experience; experience in painting is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Thick-skinned, determined “closer” with strong communication and people skills.
