Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation crews on commercial job sites.

Interpret construction drawings, mechanical plans, and specifications.

Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to keep projects on track.

Ensure safety policies and procedures are strictly followed on-site.

Schedule manpower and coordinate daily tasks for the crew.

Monitor project timelines, costs, and material usage.

Conduct quality checks and resolve any issues that arise in the field.

Train and mentor junior staff and apprentices.

Communicate progress to the office and maintain accurate field documentation.

Qualifications :

Journeyman certification in a mechanical trade.

Red Seal Plumber certification preferred.

5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial mechanical construction.

2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role.

Strong knowledge of Alberta Building Code, OHS regulations, and mechanical systems.

Proficient with reading blueprints, specifications, and job schedules.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Valid driver's license with clean abstract.
