Responsibilities :

  1. Generate interest in Dexco’s products and services by executing outbound call campaigns and responding to inbound inquiries. Understand the prospect’s business needs and present compelling solution concepts that address those needs.
  2. Deliver Dexco’s value proposition with conviction, instilling confidence in our ability to deliver results.
  3. Manage your pipeline and qualify sales opportunities.
  4. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  5. Close sales by highlighting the benefits and features of the products.
  6. Follow market trends and stay informed about competitors.
  7. Target and approach potential new clients.
  8. Visit clients and potential new clients.
  9. Attend market-related tradeshows across the country.
  10. Handle transactions accurately and ensure quality after-sales service.
  11. Collaborate with the team to meet sales quotas.

Required Skills :

  1. Proven track record in attaining and exceeding quotas.
  2. Experience in SaaS software sales.
  3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
  4. Demonstrated curiosity and interest in technology, sales, and customer service.
  5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently.
  6. Ability to build, maintain, and forecast sales pipeline.
  7. Fluent in French and English (Bilingual).
  8. Familiar with Office 365 and HubSpot (CRM) tools.
