Job summary

Amrize in Saskatchewan seeks a Commercial Manager to lead profitability and growth across Ready Mix, Aggregates, and Construction, driving strategic initiatives and improving customer relationships. Qualifications

  • Education: Post-secondary education, diploma, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Field of Study Preferred: Business, Business Administration, Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Required Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of management or supervisory experience and 5 years of experience in the construction materials industry.
  • Required Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using business systems and tools to support sales and business decisions.
  • Travel Requirements: 25%

ABOUT THE ROLE

Based in Saskatchewan, this role will provide leadership and strategic support across our Ready Mix, Aggregates, and Construction businesses, with a focus on profitable growth, operational excellence, business development, and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will work closely with business unit leaders to identify opportunities to grow the business, improve financial and operational performance, strengthen customer relationships, and maximize the value of our integrated operations.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
