Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Provide day-to-day guidance and oversight to a team of commercial brokers and/or support staff.
• Workflow Management: Ensure efficient handling of renewals, endorsements, and client servicing activities.
• Coaching & Development: Mentor team members, support onboarding, and foster ongoing professional development.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain strong documentation standards and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and producers to support client retention and growth strategies.
