Schill Insurance Brokers Ltd is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Associate to support our Strata team and Commercial Lines operations. You will help ensure client files are accurate, documentation complete, and billing processes run smoothly, enabling the team to focus on building strong client relationships.

• High school diploma.

Mansioni

• Answer and direct incoming calls, assisting clients when possible.
• Respond to client inquiries and route requests to the appropriate team member.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Account Executives to maintain complete and up-to-date client files.
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and new business.
• Enter policy updates into Epic and insurer portals.
• Prepare certificates of insurance, binders, invoices, and client correspondence.
• Maintain expiry lists and assist with renewal preparation.
• Coordinate billing: collect premiums and record payments in Epic.
• Stay organized and confidential client records.
