Job summary

Schill Insurance Brokers Ltd is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Executive to grow and protect a portfolio of commercial clients. You will build strong relationships, lead strategic conversations, and apply technical expertise to assess risk and structure coverage effectively.

You will be a trusted advisor and a key contributor to Schill’s long-term growth, collaborating with insurer partners and internal teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

• Level 2 general insurance license is required.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and risk exposures.
• Proficiency with Epic or similar broker management systems.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for retention, growth, and overall client experience of current book.
• Lead renewal conversations focusing on operations, market conditions, and long-term client outcomes.
• Review and interpret policy wording to confirm accuracy and coverage appropriateness.
• Maintain complete, accurate client records in Epic and produce professional correspondence.
• Balance new business activity with portfolio quality and long-term sustainability.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurer partners, underwriters, and clients.
• Stay informed on market conditions, insurer appetites, and emerging industry trends.
