The Role
As a Commercial Lines Account Associate, you’ll be theoperational backbone of our Commercial Lines team (Strata department). You’ll support AccountManagers and Account Executives by ensuring client files are accurate,documentation is complete, and billing processes run smoothly. Your attentionto detail and organization help deliver a seamless, 5-star client experiencewhile enabling the team to focus on building strong client relationships.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Support Client & Team Operations
- Answer and directincoming calls, assisting clients when possible
- Respond to clientinquiries and route requests to the appropriate team member
- Collaborate with AccountManagers and Account Executives to maintain complete and up-to-date clientfiles
- Help ensure timelinesand service standards are consistently met
Manage Documentation & Policy Administration
- Process renewals,endorsements, cancellations, and new business in accordance with companyprocedures
- Accurately enter policyupdates, activities, and notes into Epic and insurer portals
- Prepare certificates ofinsurance, binders, invoices, and client correspondence
- Maintain expiry listsand assist with renewal preparation
- Process incoming mailand ensure all documentation is properly stored
- Follow up on outstandingunderwriting requirements and client requests
Coordinate Billing & Payments
- Collect agency anddirect bill premiums and record payments accurately in Epic
- Assist with accountsreceivable follow-ups and outstanding insurer notices
- Support administrationof payment plans
- Work with accounting andthe Commercial Lines team to ensure billing accuracy and timely processing

What You Bring
Must-Haves
- High school diploma
- Strong organizationaland time management skills

- Experience in commercialinsurance or a similar administrative role
- Level 1 GeneralInsurance License (would be happy to help obtain in the first 6 months ofemployment)
- Familiarity with Epicand insurer portals
- Understanding ofinsurance documentation and billing processes
- Background in customerservice or a client-facing role
