Warren Sinclair LLP is looking to hire a full-time Legal Assistant/Paralegal with experience in corporate, commercial real estate and bank financing matters.
The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of prior work in a law firm as a legal assistant/paralegal in the above-mentioned areas. Experience with the following: commercial bank financing documents (acting on both the lender and borrower side); preparing and registering security; and commercial/agricultural real estate experience. The chosen applicant will work as part of a team and will have a counterpart paralegal working in the same area of law. The ideal candidate we are looking for will have a Corporate Registry System (“CORES”) certified (Level 1). Experience with Netdocuments and Acumin is desired. We offer a very competitive compensation and benefits and are willing to discuss starting salary depending on the experience level.
