Job summary

Accenture Construct seeks a seasoned Business Case Lead to develop financial cases for meter modernization, evaluate procurement strategies, and drive procurement execution across programs. You will coordinate contract administration, manage commercial risks, and guide teams to align with client objectives.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in utility economics and strong experience with AMI, CIS, and data integration, complemented by PMP or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in utility economics, financial and capital investment analysis, or infrastructure procurement and commercial strategy.
• Strong lifecycle costing and financial modeling experience for capital projects.
• Experience with AMI, CIS, meter-to-cash, data architecture and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Develops the financial and economic case for meter replacement and modernization.
• Evaluates contract structures, procurement packaging, and delivery models.
• Manages overall coordination of Contract Administration and Procurement staff.
• Liaises with stakeholders on performance, commercial strategies, and benefits.
• Tracks performance against schedules, budgets, quality measures and KPIs.
