Accenture Construct is seeking a Construction Manager to lead end-to-end programs including data centers, grids, rail, and industrial facilities. You will direct project tasks, ensure compliance, conduct site inspections, and engage stakeholders to keep projects on time and on budget.

This role emphasizes leadership, risk management, and collaboration across teams. The role involves working on complex multi-resource projects, leveraging AI for on-site program control and driving constructability

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Engineering or Construction.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in an Engineering/Construction Management field; recognized certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct project-specific tasks and duties as planned for the project area.
• Ensure staff and leads monitor construction activities for contract compliance, design, quality, safety and environment.
• Conduct daily site inspections and audits with thorough photo and quantity logs.
