LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Content Lawyer (Commercial Law) to develop and maintain practical legal content for Canadian professionals. You will write, review and edit notes, checklists, precedents and flowcharts, ensuring currency and relevance across the product.

You will monitor developments in Commercial Law, build relationships with practitioners across Canada, and help shape content strategy while collaborating with a cross-functional team.

Competenze

• JD/LLB and active bar in a Canadian province or territory.
• 3+ years of Commercial Law practice required.
• In-House Counsel experience is an asset.
• Strong written communication and drafting skills.

Mansioni

• Write, review and edit practice notes, checklists, flowcharts and precedents.
• Ensure currency and relevance of materials in the product.
• Monitor legal developments and product competitiveness.
• Build relationships with Canadian practitioners and firms.
