Job summary

Clearspace Offices Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial interior projects from planning to closeout. You will act as the client’s primary contact, coordinating Designers, Site Supervisors, estimators, consultants, trades, and internal teams to ensure schedule, budget, quality, and margin targets are met.

You will drive pre-construction activities, design coordination, and construction delivery while maintaining strong client relationships and control over risks and costs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial interiors project management with construction background.
• Experience leading planning through turnover and closeout.
• Degree or diploma in engineering, design, construction management, architecture, or related field.
• Excellent organization to run multiple active projects.
• Strong financial judgment: budgets, forecasting, cost tracking, change management, margin protection.
• Proficiency with Procore or an equivalent CM platform.
• Strong client-facing communication coordinating clients, consultants, trades, internal teams.
• Calm, practical working style under pressure; decisive and proactive.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across the GTA; valid driver’s license is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship as the primary day‑to‑day contact and deliver a top‑notch experience.
• Communicate schedule, cost, risks, decisions, and next steps clearly to clients.
• Lead pre‑construction activities: feasibility, budgeting, estimating, tendering, scheduling, risk planning.
• Coordinate with design team to align scope, budget, schedule, drawings, permits, and inputs.
• Own the project schedule with milestones, decisions, trade coordination, turnover, and closeout.
• Manage project financials: budgets, forecasts, changes, invoices, and margin.
• Drive quality through construction and closeout with clear documentation and issue resolution.
