You will lead, coach, and develop a commercial insurance team; foster accountability and continuous improvement; mentor and manage performance.

Qualifications

• Significant commercial insurance experience with exposure to complex risks.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing teams in a commercial insurance environment.
• Strong market relationships and business development capabilities.
• Strategic thinker with sound operational and financial acumen.
• Active RIBO license in good standing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
