Job summary

Westland Insurance Group in Saskatoon, SK is seeking a Senior Insurance Advisor to promote and educate clients on a wide range of insurance products, manage client relationships, and help grow the branch presence in the local community.

This onsite role requires at least 2 years in insurance, a Level 2 License with progress toward CAIB/CIP, and a collaborative, client-focused approach. You will mentor colleagues and contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance industry experience with a Level 2 License.
• Progress toward CAIB or CIP designation (financial support provided).
• Ability to provide tailored coverage recommendations.
• Strong client service and relationship-building.
• Organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Assess client needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations across personal lines.
• Manage new business, renewals, underwriting, and policy changes with complex cases.
• Build lasting client relationships through proactive support including renewals, claims assistance, and follow-up communications.
• Contribute to business growth by identifying sales opportunities and cross-selling/up-selling.
• Support branch success by collaborating with team members, mentoring peers, and assisting with training and reporting.
