Synex Assurance is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to support a producing broker in serving business clients. You will analyze requests, assess risks, and negotiate the best coverage terms with insurers while handling renewals and documentation.

The role emphasizes collaboration, autonomy and strong client service, with hybrid hours, on-site parking options, and comprehensive benefits after the probation period.

Qualifications

• Holds a business damage insurance license issued by the Financial Markets Authority (FMA).
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business insurance.
• Proficient with MS Office and common office tools; familiar with Acturis or similar systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Team player with strong ethics and client-focused approach.

Responsabilités

• Process, analyze and follow up on customer requests in collaboration with the producing broker.
• Analyze risks and offer the best product and pricing to match client needs.
• Negotiate favorable conditions with insurers on behalf of clients.
• Monitor renewals and support clients during claims and disasters.

Do you also want to join a team of enthusiasts and make a difference? Our team is currently looking for a Commercial Insurance Account Manager. You will act in concert with the producing broker for support and advice to clients.

Your Main Responsibilities In This Position

• In collaboration with the producing broker on his team, the account manager will have to process, analyze and follow up on requests from his customers;
• Analyze risks and offer the best product at the best quality and at the best possible price according to the customer's needs;
• Use your skills as a fine negotiator to obtain the best possible conditions from insurers;
• Monitor renewals according to schedules;
• Support your customers during disasters and ensure rigorous monitoring;
• Play a central role in drafting documentation and offers to the client;
• Supervise the issuance, modifications and cancellations of policies according to procedures;
• Do invoicing;
• AND because collaboration is at the center of everything: supporting, accompanying and carrying out tasks specific to your team.

The DNA Sought

• Hold a business damage insurance license issued by the Financial Markets Authority;
• Accumulate professional experience of at least 3 years in business insurance;
• Master the tools of the office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.);
• Be familiar with the field of damage insurance and the various relevant systems and tools (for example Acturis);
• Have excellent organizational skills;
• Demonstrate autonomy and resourcefulness;
• Seek to work as a team and encourage collaboration;
• Demonstrate high professional ethics.
