Job summary

Synex Assurance | Couture Rochette Risk management recherche un chargé de compte pour accompagner le courtier producteur sur des dossiers importants et complexes. Vous analysez les besoins clients et proposerez les meilleures solutions d’assurance dommages avec un service client d’excellence.

Vous assurerez le suivi des polices, des renouvellements et des sinistres, en coordonnant les échanges avec les assureurs et l’équipe afin d’obtenir les meilleures conditions et une expérience client fluide.

Qualifications

• Licence en assurance dommages délivrée par l'AMF.
• 5+ années d'expérience en assurance entreprise.
• Maîtrise d'Excel, Word, PowerPoint et Outlook.
• Connaissance des systèmes et outils d’assurance dommages (Acturis).
• Français écrit et parlé impeccable.
• Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et autonomie.
• Goût du travail en équipe et esprit collaboratif.
• Éthique professionnelle élevée.

Responsibilities

• Traiter, analyser et assurer le suivi des demandes clients avec le courtier prescripteur.
• Analyser les risques et proposer le meilleur produit au meilleur prix et qualité.
• Négocier avec les assureurs pour obtenir les meilleures conditions.
• Suivre les renouvellements selon les échéances.
• Accompagner les clients lors des sinistres et assurer un suivi rigoureux.
• Rédiger la documentation et les offres destinées au client.
• Superviser l’émission, les modifications et les annulations des polices selon les procédures.
• Favoriser la collaboration et effectuer les tâches propres à l’équipe.

In order to support our growth in commercial insurance, our firm is looking for a person who will act in concert with the producing broker for large and complex files. Thanks to his eagle eye and great customer service skills, this person will play a central role in monitoring with insurers and will be an important reference for customers.

Your main responsibilities in this position:

• In collaboration with the producing broker on his team, the account manager will have to process, analyze and follow up on requests from his customers;
• Analyze risks and offer the best product at the best quality and at the best possible price according to the customer's needs;
• Use your negotiating skills to obtain the best possible conditions from insurers;
• Monitor renewals according to schedules;
• Support your customers during disasters and ensure rigorous monitoring;
• Play a central role in drafting documentation and offers to the client;
• Supervise the issuance, modifications and cancellations of policies according to procedures;
• AND because collaboration is at the center of everything: supporting, supporting and carrying out tasks specific to your team.

The DNA sought:

• Hold a business damage insurance license issued by the Financial Markets Authority;
• Accumulate professional experience of at least 5 years in business insurance;
• Master the tools of the office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.);
• Be familiar with the field of damage insurance and the various relevant systems and tools (for example Acturis);
• Master the French language, both orally and in writing;
• Have excellent organizational skills;
• Demonstrate autonomy and resourcefulness;
