Synex Assurance | Invessa in Laval seeks an Assistant Commercial Insurance Broker to support the producing broker and clients in a hybrid work setting. The role emphasizes risk analysis, negotiation with insurers, and timely policy administration.

The ideal candidate holds a business damage insurance license from the Financial Markets Authority, has at least 3 years in business insurance, and demonstrates strong organizational and teamwork skills. Training provided.

Formación

• Hold a business damage insurance license issued by the Financial Markets Authority.

Responsabilidades

• Process, analyze and follow up on client requests in collaboration with the producing broker.
• Analyze risks and propose the best product and price for the client.
• Negotiate best conditions with insurers.
• Monitor renewals according to schedules.
• Support clients during disasters and ensure rigorous follow-up.
• Draft documentation and offers to clients.
• Supervise issuance, modifications and cancellations of policies.
• Collaborate with the team to support and complete tasks.

Do you also want to join a team of enthusiasts and make a difference? Our team is currently looking for an Assistant Commercial Insurance Broker. You will act in concert with the producing broker for support and advice to clients.

Your Main Responsibilities In This Position

• In collaboration with the producing broker on his team, the assistant broker will have to process, analyze and follow up on requests from his clients;
• Analyze risks and offer the best product at the best quality and at the best possible price according to the customer's needs;
• Use your skills as a fine negotiator to obtain the best possible conditions from insurers;
• Monitor renewals according to schedules;
• Support your customers during disasters and ensure rigorous monitoring;
• Play a central role in drafting documentation and offers to the client;
• Supervise the issuance, modifications and cancellations of policies according to procedures;
• AND because collaboration is at the center of everything: supporting, supporting and carrying out tasks specific to your team.

The DNA Sought

• Hold a business damage insurance license issued by the Financial Markets Authority;
• Accumulate professional experience of at least 3 years in business insurance;
• Master the tools of the office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.);
