Job summary

RBC is seeking a Relationship Manager, Commercial Financial Services Intern in North Vancouver, BC. This nine-month, face-to-face banking internship places you in a Commercial Centre, with a mentor assigned to coach your training, across accounts, operating services, credit, lending and deposits.

You will deliver value-added financial advice, use sales tools, and develop a needs-based sales strategy to grow revenue and client loyalty.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of commercial lending experience; banking relationship mgmt preferred.
• Post-secondary degree in commerce or business administration.
• Proven business development experience: acquiring new clients, prospecting, and cold calling.
• Experience with financial statement review and modeling.
• Experience with web-based meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile apps.
