With 3-5 years in commercial banking, you’ll build strong client networks, leverage digital tools, and pursue new business while maintaining exceptional service standards across a diversified client base.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years commercial banking experience.
• Deep and proven client-centricity, business development, and relationship management excellence.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• New client acquisition skills (pitching, lead generation, initial contact, referrals).
• Experience with emerging communications and technology (web meetings, social media, Digital Banking, mobile apps).

Responsibilities

• Apply business development experience for prospecting and lead generation to new and existing clients.
• Provide an exceptional client experience by delivering superior business and financial advice within a Client Relationship Team model.
• Collaborate with a core group of expert advisors to tailor client contact strategies.
• Demonstrate portfolio management and risk mitigation through review of financial statements and credit assessment.
• Identify referral opportunities and coordinate introductions to RBC partners.
