Job summary

Cardinal Health Canada seeks a Consultant, Commercial Analytics & Controls to build and operate the commercial control environment from its Vaughan head office. You will lead analytics across Sales, Pricing and Contracts, developing dashboards, forecasts and governance processes to strengthen pricing accuracy, data integrity and profitability.

Transform complex data into actionable insights, monitor performance, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive revenue protection and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, finance, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, pricing, or related function.
• Experience transforming large datasets into clear insights, forecasts, dashboards and models.
• Proficient in SQL, spreadsheet skills, and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial analytics across Sales, Pricing, Contracts and Sales Operations to improve visibility and business performance.
• Develop dashboards, forecasts, self‑service reporting, and exception monitoring for timely, data‑driven decisions.
• Establish controls, rules, and governance to improve pricing accuracy, data integrity and compliance.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to monitor contract activation, performance and profitability; identify gaps and opportunities.
