• RIBO license preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Previous sales experience is an asset.

We are looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join BrokerLink in Kenora, ON on a Permanent FT basis.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist Commercial Insurance Brokers
• Service existing accounts and write new business
• Provide prompt customer service, advice, and address concerns
• Handle incoming commercial paperwork
• Assist with quotes, new business, coverage reviews, and updating files
• Prepare documentation, applications, and issue certificates
• Process endorsements, invoices, and follow up on payments
• Communicate with insurers, negotiate with underwriters, and follow up on claims
• Gather additional information for underwriters and complete applications

Candidate Requirements:

• High School and/or Post-Secondary Education
• At least 3 years of commercial insurance experience preferred
• RIBO license preferred or willingness to obtain
• Strong customer focus
• Previous sales experience is an asset
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
