This position is responsible for overseeing daily shop operations, including managing repair workflows, scheduling jobs, and ensuring timely completion of all collision repair work. The manager coordinates and supervises technicians and support staff, promotes safe work practices, and maintains high standards for repair quality and customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include monitoring inventory and equipment, collaborating with insurance partners, managing estimates and work orders, and controlling costs to meet performance and profitability targets. The role also involves coaching team members, resolving customer concerns, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the shop.
