Job summary

Distinctive Autoworks, part of Craftsman Collision, seeks a Shop Manager to lead daily operations of a high-performing collision repair facility in Canada. You will drive efficiency, quality, and profitability while building strong teams of technicians, estimators, and coordinators.

The role emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer care, with a base salary plus bonuses and relocation support within Canada. Prior leadership experience in auto body repair is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in automotive, collision repair, or related industries (leadership and customer service experience required).
• Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
• Strong understanding of shop operations, budgeting, and performance management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of estimating software (Mitchell, Audatex, ALLDATA) and familiarity with ADAS/vehicle calibration systems considered an asset.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.

What We’re Looking For
