You will document damage, source parts, and maintain communication with customers and insurance providers throughout the process.

The role requires high school diploma, basic computer skills, and familiarity with Mitchell/Audatex estimating tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Update ASE with details from every customer interaction.
• Provide accurate, timely information to customers and guide them through the repair process.
• Comply with insurance client requirements and WOW operating procedures.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Create estimates in Audatex and Mitchell estimating systems following latest guidelines.
