Assured Automotive, a leader in collision and glass services in Western and Central Canada, seeks an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experience and accurate damage appraisals. You will coordinate repairs, communicate with customers and insurers, and help the team achieve KPIs in a dynamic shop environment.

Proficiency with Audatex and Mitchell, knowledge of DRP requirements, and a strong commitment to service are essential for success in this role at Assured Automotive.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience.

Aufgaben

• Ensure ASE is updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details from every customer interaction.
• Provide customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring that they receive excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
• Creating estimates in Audatex and Mitchell estimating systems following the latest guidelines and OEM repair procedures.
