Job summary

CSN Koebel’s Waterloo is seeking a customer service representative to support our collision repair operations. You will help customers, insurers, and vendors, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on repairs.

Responsibilities include invoicing, payment processing, scheduling, and documentation while maintaining CSI standards and compliance with WHMIS and PIPEDA. A valid driver’s license and experience in automotive parts are valued.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service.
• 3 to 5 years of experience, automotive parts experience is preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from customers and vendors via phone, email, and in person. Maintain professional communication and provide updates throughout processes.
• Enter invoices, coordinate with insurers and third parties, and keep financial records accurate.
• Schedule appointments for appraisals, repairs, rentals, and sublets; confirm drivability and towing needs.
