Job summary

Jim Pattison Collision & Glass is seeking a dependable Service Attendant to help keep repaired vehicles clean, organized, and ready for delivery. The role supports the collision team by preparing vehicles for customer handover and ensuring every vehicle leaves the shop in pristine condition.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a Monday to Friday schedule and a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Applicants must have a Manitoba driver’s licence and a positive, detail-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Valid Manitoba driver's licence and satisfactory driver's abstract.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual‑transmission vehicles preferred.
• Previous automotive detailing experience in a dealership, collision repair, or equivalent is an asset.
• Strong eye for cleanliness and presentation.
• Ability to follow directions, manage priorities, and work independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean vehicles after body and paint work.
• Vacuum and clean vehicle interiors.
• Complete final detailing and presentation before delivery.
• Check vehicles after cleaning and report issues to the team.
• Drive and position vehicles within shop, yard, storage, and delivery areas.
• Maintain detailing supplies, tools, and work areas in an organized state.
• Follow safety procedures when using chemicals and equipment.
