Job summary

Autism Services' Collision Centre is seeking a detailer/shop helper on a full-time basis to keep vehicles clean and presentable and to support day-to-day operations. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Saskatchewan driver’s license is required, and prior detailing or auto shop experience is a plus but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Previous detailing, automotive, or collision repair experience is an asset, but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and detail vehicles inside and out before customer delivery.
  • Vacuum, wash, polish, and prepare vehicles to a high standard.
  • Assist technicians and other shop staff with various tasks as required.
  • Move and organize vehicles around the shop and lot.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Assist with shop cleanup, garbage removal, and general maintenance.
  • Pick up and organize parts, supplies, and materials when required.
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by the Collision Centre Manager.

This is a hands-on position that plays an important role in keeping our shop organized, vehicles clean and presentable, and the day-to-day operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities
