Job summary

Ming Auto Beauty and Protection Center in Winnipeg is seeking an experienced estimator to join our collision repair team. You will inspect vehicles, prepare detailed estimates, and identify replacement parts in line with MPI and our standards.

You will assist with guiding repairs from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency. The role requires at least 1 year of estimating experience, a solid attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

You and Your Experience

• You have previous experience within the collision repair business.
• Post-secondary education in a related field would be an asset.
• You have effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• You are detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• You are a people person with excellent written / verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
