Job summary

CSN Collision in Calgary is seeking a Senior Estimator / Assistant Manager to lead estimating and day-to-day shop operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will prepare accurate repair estimates using Mitchell, Audatex or CCC ONE, coordinate with insurers, supervise front office and production staff, and drive production goals.

This full-time role offers opportunities for advancement in a modern collision repair facility.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive collision estimator.
  • Leadership or management experience is a strong asset.
  • Proficiency with estimating software such as Mitchell, Audatex, or CCC ONE.
  • Strong understanding of collision repair procedures, OEM repair standards, and insurance processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills and administrative abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator / Assistant Manager to join our growing collision repair facility. This leadership role is ideal for someone who combines strong estimating expertise with excellent customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to help lead daily shop operations.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the management team, coordinating repairs, and ensuring jobs move efficiently from estimate to delivery.
