Job summary

You will manage late-stage delinquency accounts, educate customers, document activity, negotiate arrangements, and strive to meet individual and team collection goals while earning commission and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Manage late-stage delinquency accounts with tailored repayment strategies.

• Initiate contact with past-due customers and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Document all call activity and customer interactions accurately in the collections system.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
