Job summary

Titanium Transportation Group Inc. in Bolton, ON is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage receivables, reconcile accounts, and resolve payment discrepancies. You will communicate with customers and internal teams, handling credit matters and related clerical tasks in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in collections, exposure to transportation/supply chain, and familiarity with Great Plains/TMW software. CCP designation is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of collections experience required.
• Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
• Experience in transportation/supply chain industry is an asset.
• Experience with Great Plains and TMW software is an asset.
• Pursuit of a CCP designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to manage collections (receivables).
• Responsible for account reconciliation and resolving payment discrepancies.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments using all methods of communication.
• Perform clerical duties as needed.
• Manage all levels of client relations specific to collections and general inquiries, and overall credit management.
• With various software, manage customer database and monitor all account activities, including investigating payment discrepancies.
• Enforce prompt action on overdue accounts and engage appropriate means of collection activities.
• Coordinate payment information updates and customer account changes as assigned.
• Other relevant duties as assigned.
