Qualifications

• OSSD or equivalent.

• Ability to meet physical demands in cold environments and perform material handling.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and document inventory using equipment such as forklifts, pallets, cranes, and computer software.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment to mitigate hazards and ensure food safety.
• Collaborate with operations to service packaging lines and move bulk/product to storage, ensuring adequate supplies for production.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement as part of lean manufacturing initiatives.
