Job summary

Nortera Foods Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Forklift Operator to join the Packaging team in a fast-paced perishable vegetable environment. You will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack materials, while following safety protocols and using inventory systems.

Shift coverage includes rotations between Days, Afternoons and Nights. The wage range is CAD 23.51–24.50 per hour, and experience with handheld scanners and an inventory management system is valued.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation in a fast-paced environment.
• Adherence to safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Accurate data entry into inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to pile and take down bulk product up to six pallets high.
• Load and unload dry and frozen freight.
• Enter data using a computer inventory management system.
• Use handhelds and scanners to support pallet transfers.
