Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, and wine.
• Confident, personable, and knowledgeable when engaging with guests.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve classic and modern cocktails to a high standard.
• Create a warm, engaging, and knowledgeable experience for every guest.
• Guide guests through the cocktail, wine, and spirits menu with thoughtful recommendations.
• Prepare drinks for both bar and dining room service.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar.
• Complete daily bar prep and maintain high standards of presentation and consistency.
• Work closely with the FOH and kitchen teams to deliver smooth, seamless service.
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices and Alberta liquor legislation.
