Job summary

Banff Hospitality Collective is hiring an experienced Bartender to join the team at Balkan in the heart of Banff. This role involves preparing Mediterranean dishes and serving vibrant cocktails while ensuring excellent hospitality. You will enjoy flexible hours with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour plus tips while working in the stunning Banff National Park.

The ideal candidate will have ProServe certification and bartending experience, along with a great work ethic and communication skills. Opportunities for growth, health benefits, and employee discounts are also provided.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid ProServe certification.
• Previous bartending experience is required.
• Ability to handle high-volume service effectively.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Flexible scheduling is a must.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar patrons.
• Engage with customers and take their orders.
• Provide excellent hospitality and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assess customer needs and make appropriate recommendations.
