Advanced Bending Technologies in Calgary, AB is seeking a hands-on Coater Helper to support coating and finishing operations. You will work with experienced team members on coating applications, material preparation, equipment maintenance, and quality inspections in a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, paint, and coat products according to work orders and specifications.
• Assist with the application of rubber and pyroxylin coatings.
• Support sandblasting and coating processes.
• Handle and move raw materials and finished products safely.
• Clean and maintain coating equipment, tools, and work areas.
• Measure, inspect, label, and package products for shipment.
• Assist with production bending operations after setup is completed.
• Torch cutting.
• Saw cutting.
• Washing.
• Sand filling.
• Follow quality standards and maintain accurate production records.
• Work safely while contributing to a clean and organized facility.

About the Role

As a Coater Helper, you will play an important role in supporting our coating and finishing operations. Working alongside experienced team members, you will assist with coating applications, material preparation, equipment maintenance, quality inspections, and general production duties.
