Job summary

Dometic Marine’s Vancouver team is seeking a Co‑op Maintenance Coordinator to assist in scheduling Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities for assembly benches and CNC machines. The role is open to current students enrolled in a Canadian accredited university and co‑op program, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Understanding PM processes and how they will be performed.
• Ensure actions for PM are safe.
• Update the preventive maintenance schedule based on findings, new recommendations, or changes in equipment performance.
• Review the maintenance logs to identify recurring issues or areas that may need more attention.
• Record maintenance performed, including inspections, part replacements, and adjustments.
• Creating list of materials required for maintenance shutdown weeks.
• Confirming orders for materials.
• Update PM list for new equipment.
• Assist with assembly cell and infrastructure layouts.

• Pay or shift range: $21 CAD to $25 CAD
  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

We are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Co-op Maintenance Coordinator. This position reports to Maintenance Manager and will work in Vancouver, B.C.

Please note that this position is open to current students enrolled in a Canadian accredited university and co-op program.

Dometic Marine’s headquarters are in Vancouver, British Columbia in Canada. The facility develops and manufactures hydraulic, electronic, and combustion-based products.
