Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/CE/ML or related field.
• Strong programming skills, preferably Python.
• Familiar with Linux dev environments; solid debugging & testing.
• Experience with REST APIs, Git, Docker and backend development.
• Knowledge of ML workflows, distributed systems and cloud infra a plus.

Driven by impactful, long-term projects, the aim is to enhance state-of-the‑art research while integrating innovations into the company's products and services, including Next Generation Foundation Model, Agentic Models, Physical AI and Reinforcement Learning.

About the job:

• Develop and maintain software tools and infrastructure for machine learning and AI workflows. Build backend services, APIs, automation tools, and system integrations.
• Support large-scale experiment execution, evaluation, and data processing workflows.
• Debug technical issues and improve system reliability, performance, and usability.
• Work with researchers and engineers to understand requirements and translate them into practical software solutions.
• Communicate with internal users, collect feedback, and occasionally provide technical support for developed tools.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

The total target annual compensation for this position ranges from $58,000 to $104,000 depending on education, experience, and demonstrated expertise.

About the ideal candidate:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills, preferably in Python. Solid software engineering fundamentals, including debugging, testing, Git, and working with existing codebases.
• Familiarity with Linux development environments. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to learn unfamiliar technologies independently.
• Good communication skills and ability to clarify and understand technical requirements.
• Basic understanding of machine learning and modern AI systems.
• Experience with backend development, REST APIs, or databases.
• Experience with Docker, distributed systems, cloud or compute infrastructure
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, or ML evaluation workflows. Experience with frontend development such as React or TypeScript. Open‑source contributions, internships, or substantial personal software projects.
