Your Impact & Earnings:

  • 15-25% revenue share on all closed deals

Phase 2 (3+ months):

  • 5-15% equity vesting (based on traction)

What You'll Own:

  • Land B2B deals with employers & immigrant networks
  • Build a scalable sales machine (inbound/outbound, referrals)
  • Run organic growth loops (LinkedIn, email, community)
  • Create viral content that drives inbound leads
  • Test risk-free offers like "Get Hired or Don't Pay"

We Want Someone Who:

Has sold high-ticket offers ($2K+ B2C/B2B)

Grows audiences on a budget (organic > paid)

Knows the Canadian job market (bonus: immigrant/tech connections)
