Proficiency in reading specs and strong dexterity are essential. French language skills are required; candidates should be comfortable with shifts and steady manual workloads in a wood products facility.

Qualifications

• Education: College/CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
• Work language: French.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program and operate one or more computerized or manual woodworking machines.
• Fabricate or repair wooden parts for furniture, fixtures and other wood products.
• Read and interpret specifications or follow verbal instructions.
• Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment.
• Program CNC machine tools.
