Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience operating CNC millwork machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and cut lists.
• Familiarity with cabinetmaking materials such as MDF, plywood, hardwood, and laminates.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Edgebanding, panel machinery used in furniture production.
• Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and tooling changes to minimize downtime.
• Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with production team members to meet daily and weekly production goals.
• Report any issues with machinery, materials, or production to the supervisor.
• Follow company health and safety procedures at all times.
• Other duties as may be assigned
